Join a highly respected South Australian not-for-profit organisation dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the community.


We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Manager to lead our clients' finance operations on a 7-month fixed-term contract.


This is a key people leadership role responsible for ensuring efficient, accurate and compliant finance operations, while supporting continuous improvement and strong stakeholder relationships across the organisation.


About the Role


You will:

  • Lead, coach and develop finance team members 
  • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Provide financial insights, including debtor reporting, and support complex reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, processes and internal controls.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy and service quality.
  • Provide expert advice and support across finance operations.

About You


You will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience across accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls and reporting.
  • Proven people leadership experience, including developing teams and providing constructive feedback.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational and communication skills.
  • Experience with financial/enterprise systems and process improvement.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.

Desirable:


Experience with NDIS funding, billing and revenue processes. Experience within disability, health, community services or not-for-profit sectors will be valued.
