Description Purpose Ensure newly acquired businesses are successfully integrated into Certus’ operational framework by driving standardized processes, enabling field leadership, and delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, compliance, and performance within defined integration timelines. Key Contributions · Lead end-to-end operational integration for acquired businesses, executing structured 30-, 60-, and 90-day integration plans. · Identify and remediate operational risks, process gaps, and inefficiencies through pre-close due diligence and post-close execution. · Drive adoption of standardized operating procedures, systems, and tools across newly integrated branches. · Partner cross-functionally (Operations, Fleet, HR, IT, Finance, Legal, Safety) to ensure alignment and compliance at close and throughout integration. · Enable field leadership by onboarding and coaching Branch and Operations Managers on Certus systems, expectations, and best practices. · Track, analyze, and report integration progress and field performance metrics to executive leadership. · Lead continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve customer and safety outcomes. Success Metrics · 100% of assigned acquisitions meet defined 30-, 60-, and 90-day integration milestones · = 95% adoption of required SOPs, systems, and tools within 90 days of acquisition. · Route completion = 95% within 60 days post-integration. · Field performance KPIs (customer callbacks, rework, missed stops) align to Certus baseline within 90 days. · 100% of new Branch and Operations Managers fully onboarded and system-enabled within 45 days. · Zero critical compliance findings during post-integration audits. · Safety incident rates at or below company average within 90 days. · Documented operational efficiency improvements in at least one core workflow per acquisition within 6 months. · On-time delivery of integration status and performance reporting for 100% of assigned acquisitions. Capabilities & Strengths · Operational Leadership: Drives execution across multi-site, field-based environments · Analytical Problem Solving: Uses data and structured methodologies to improve performance. · Cross-Functional Influence: Aligns teams and leaders through partnership and credibility. Requirements Required Qualifications · 7+ years of multi-site operations leadership experience. · Proven experience in operational integration, optimization, or transformation roles. · Strong data analysis and performance reporting capability. Preferred Qualifications · Experience in service-based or field-based operations. · Familiarity with field service management platforms. · Lean, Six Sigma, or comparable process improvement certification
