About the Role As a KYB Agent (Contract – 6 Months), you will play a key role in supporting Flip’s Offline Business (Offline Acquirer) operations. This is an entry-level position ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, analytical, and interested in compliance, customer verification, and financial operations.You will be responsible for conducting Know Your Business (KYB) processes to ensure that merchant onboarding and ongoing monitoring comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements. This role requires close coordination with internal teams and direct communication with merchants to collect, verify, and validate business information. What You’ll Do Conduct KYB checks for offline merchants during onboarding and periodic reviews Collect, review, and verify business documents and customer information in accordance with KYB and AML regulations Identify discrepancies, potential risks, or suspicious activities and escalate them when necessary Communicate with merchants to request additional information and clearly explain KYB requirements Maintain accurate and well-documented KYB records in internal systems and databases Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Compliance, and Customer Service) to resolve onboarding or verification issues Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and data confidentiality requirements Manage multiple cases efficiently while meeting deadlines and SLA targets Stay up-to-date with KYB regulations, compliance updates, and process improvements What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree from any major, with at least 6 months–1 year of experience in customer service or related roles (KYB experience is a plus) Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking skills Basic understanding of KYB, AML, and compliance processes (or willingness to learn) Comfortable working with data, documentation, and internal systems/tools Able to work on a shifting schedule and manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
