A BIT ABOUT THE JOB

We’re looking for an Operational Lead to join our Casualty Claims team. You’ll be responsible for managing claims up to £125,000 and leading a team to deliver excellent service and outcomes. This role is all about driving performance, improving processes, and supporting your people to thrive. You’ll work closely with internal and external partners to identify risks and opportunities. It’s a chance to make a real difference in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience in Casualty and/or Motor Claims
  • Strong people and operational leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of indemnity initiatives
  • Experience with claims technology and process improvement
