An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our primary care team as an Operational Manager.
We require an operational manager to lead the development of a both children and adult core team and support the delivery of a range of vaccinations, immunizations and injections as the programme develops. You will be responsible for operating teams including the planning, development and monitoring of services as well as service finance management, recruitment, performance monitoring and service delivery. You will also providing reports to key stakeholders, including Health and Social Care Partnership leads. You will have excellent organizational, planning and communication skills to enable you to effectively liaise closely with multidisciplinary teams and be able to work with wide variety of stakeholders. Strong leadership and managerial attributes will ensure you are able to support your teams, the HSCPs and Board leads to work in very responsive and flexible way to deliver services in what will be a period of ongoing change for primary care.
Your shift patter will be Monday to Friday.
