Opportunity As an Operational Manager for our Clubhouse Brand - Padel based in Jakarta, you will oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of our padel facilities. Your leadership will ensure that our clubhouse provides a top-notch experience for players and visitors, while driving operational efficiency and supporting our brand's growth within the community. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the clubhouse, ensuring exceptional service and facility maintenance. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to promote efficiency and safety. Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation processes. Coordinate scheduling and planning of events, tournaments, and community engagement activities. Monitor financial performance, including budget management and cost controls. Build strong relationships with members, players, and local communities to enhance the clubhouse's reputation. Analyze operational data and feedback to continually improve service delivery and guest experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in sports or recreational facilities. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial management. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse groups. Passion for sports, particularly padel, is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
