We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Operations Manager to lead and streamline our day-to-day operations, support our crews, and drive company performance.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As the Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of field operations including scheduling, dispatch, fleet management, and staff supervision. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our moves run smoothly, safely, and on time—while maintaining high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in operations, logistics, or management (moving industry preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with scheduling software and basic business tools (Excel, CRM, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and assist in the field when needed

• Manage daily operations and coordinate moving crews, equipment, and schedules
• Hire, train, and supervise movers, drivers, and team leads
• Oversee logistics, routing, and vehicle maintenance
• Monitor job progress and resolve issues or delays in real time
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain inventory of moving supplies and equipment
• Foster a positive work environment and uphold company standards
