ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a similar operational or service delivery role
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and service management software
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and prepare reports
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Experience working in a regulated industry or public sector organization
Knowledge of service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL, Lean, Six Sigma)
Familiarity with ERP or workflow systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce)
