Join the Client Operations team! We provide oversight of our third-party Transfer Agency and Superannuation suppliers. To participate in the development, implementation, and administration of various Client Operation’s strategic initiatives, with a direct focus on ensuring a positive client experience. In the role you will also actively participate in the oversight and management of numerous outsourced vendors. Reporting to the Team Leader, TA Oversight and joining a broader team of Client Operations professionals, the Senior Associate, Client Operations Oversight will be responsible for supporting in the evolution and implementation of the control management framework and collaborating with business partners to ensure a robust control framework is in place and maintained.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Transfer Agency Oversight team by applying subject matter expertise and a depth of knowledge around the activities that support the integrity of the Registry operations.
  • Independently identify and resolve complex operational issues.
  • Provide assistance and training support as needed to recognise and develop other crew members.
  • Foster an inclusive team environment driven by open communication, teamwork, and accountability.
  • Oversee operating procedures, monitor operational metrics, and ensure the team delivery of accurate and timely processing based on daily goals.
  • Develop team processes and procedures to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Advocate and support a culture of continuous improvement, coupled with providing the foundational support for effective change management in line with new ways of working.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with external clients and business partners that include third party vendors.
  • Proactively foster effective communication, providing feedback, action items and enhancing our oversight controls for outsourced vendor relationships.
  • Work flexibly, participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned, including support and cross-training within the Client Operations group.
