CJCH Legal & Compliance Services (CJCH Limited) provide a unique offering to our customers by assisting them with the protection of their digital products and copyrights.
Software piracy results in unlicensed and unpaid usage of our client’s products. Our team investigate the unlicensed usage and engages with the companies to facilitate their regularisation and compliance with the software product license requirements.
We are currently seeking an Operational Performance and Improvement Manager with at least 7 years relevant experience to join our team. The role is a hands-on operational role, intended to design, implement, monitor, and manage strategies to enhance the operational efficiency and performance of the team down to an individual level. Once the performance management measures are developed and implemented, the candidate will be expected to analyse and monitor optimal resource allocation across different stages of our workflow and value chain, introducing continuous improvement measures and providing analytical reporting to leadership.
This role focuses on ensuring that each team member contributes effectively to the company’s success by tracking individual, team, and company-wide performance and presenting insights to the leadership team.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience in performance management and improvement, operational analysis, or a related field. (7+ years’ experience required)
  • Proven experience in resource planning, capacity management, and forecasting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in performance management software and tools.
  • Proficiency in summarising large data sets and using data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau to build relevant dashboards to drive leadership decision making.
  • Ability to lead and motivate others.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree with related field of study, such as Economics, Data Analytics, Business Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, etc.
  • Preference, but not a requirement: Lean six sigma, or project management (such as Prince 2 or Agile) qualifications and experience
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement performance frameworks to monitor and enhance team efficiency.
  • Develop tools and techniques, assist with design, training, and roll-out of initiatives, and share best practices across departments.
  • Analyse performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimisation.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to set performance targets and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team on performance metrics and improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to address performance gaps and enhance team capabilities.
  • Implement continuous improvement methodologies to drive operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and industry regulations related to performance management.
