Operational Procurement Intern PURPOSE OF THE POSITION The Operational Procurement as a team is primarily responsible for rule based decision making and does transaction processing in the areas of Low Value Sourcing, Purchase Order Processing, Supplier Contract Administration, Query handling and Reporting, Purchase Order follow up, Delivery expediting, Claims processing, Voucher management, Invoice processing, Query handling and Reporting according to the agreed processes and standards. The purpose of the Operational Procurement Intern position is to support the team’s work with these activities. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES · Support the monitoring of delivery and coordination/follow-up with supplier before delivery · Support archiving of contract, contract registration (master data) and approval · Support delivery related complaints (invoice, delivery, quality related) · Contribute to management of 2nd level complaints and claims · Assist accounting in invoice clarification · Contribute to the solution of supplier-related incidents · Contribute to supplier performance evaluation · Perform all other delegated professional tasks related to Operational Procurement operation REQUIREMENTS · Ongoing University (MA/MSc) or College (BA/BSc) studies in the field of Economics/Engineering/Law · Good communication and interpersonal skills · Analytical and problem-solving thinking · Ability to work in a team environment · Highly organized · English B2 and at least 1 local language (SK or HU) · Microsoft Office and ERP system knowledge WHAT WE OFFER · We offer long-term employment opportunities: after graduation, you can apply for the Growww program for recent graduates · You’ll take on real professional responsibilities and be involved in our current projects · Flexible schedule so you can keep up with your studies · Internship confirmation · Competitive salary
