Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology, or a related field. Experience (3-5 years) within product development; as product owner, developer, team facilitator or similar roles. Good communication skills, be able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders at different levels. Good business understanding. Good understanding of the domain/area. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team environment. Proven decision-making skills, including the ability to assess information, weigh alternatives, and take decisive action. Experience working according to Lean and Agile methodologies. Lead and drive with high energy. The chance to use your skills and imagination to push the boundaries of what´s possible.
