ABOUT THE TEAM:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project and Performance Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting the overview and management of projects, as well as performance and business analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, data analysis, and business intelligence.

• Oversee and manage various projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
• Conduct performance analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of projects and business processes.
• Analyse business data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present reports and dashboards to senior management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide insights for decision-making.
• Support the development and implementation of business strategies and initiatives.
