Operational Excellence Project Lead M/F This is your mission Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and large-scale transformation? Then this position is for you. As Operational Excellence Project Lead, you will be responsible for setting up and driving the rollout of an OpEx programme, defining its framework, and ensuring the successful execution of initiatives in our ecosystem. Build side: Identify, document, and validate key improvement areas and project pillars within the Operational Excellence programme. Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to define project framework, governance, and success criteria. Break down the programme into actionable workstreams and prioritize initiatives. Develop a concrete project roadmap aligned with organizational objectives. Evaluate the impact and added value of implemented improvements. Run side: Oversee and coordinate the launch and execution of prioritized initiatives. Monitor progress, manage risks, and proactively address obstacles. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Provide regular updates and recommendations to management. This is your background You have at least 5–8 years of experience in leading and structuring large-scale transformation or operational excellence projects. You enjoy structuring complex programs, collaborating with multiple stakeholders, and are constantly innovating. You are looking for an environment where your ideas matter and where operational improvement goes hand in hand with collaboration.
