About the Role: As a Quality Engineer at AROA, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products. You will: Perform batch review and release to meet regulatory and company standards Support manufacturing with inspections, labelling and inwards goods checks Investigate quality events, non-conformances, and complaints, implementing corrective actions Prepare clear technical documentation, including investigation reports, corrective action reports and manufacturing documents Identify quality issues and facilitate change accordingly Track quality metrics, identify trends, and contribute to continuous improvement What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering 1+ years’ QA experience in medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing Basic knowledge of cGMP, ISO 13485, and 21 CFR Part 820 Experience in batch review, investigations and Quality Management Systems Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities Solution-driven with strong problem-solving and evidence-based decision-making skills Familiar with root cause analysis tools Excellent technical writing, communication, and collaboration skills Commitment to high standards of quality, safety, and compliance What we offer: At AROA NZ, we value our people and make sure working with us is rewarding, both professionally and personally.
