Our York based client is looking for an Operational Repairs & Maintenance Team Leader. Candidates should be self-motivated. You will play a crucial role, providing technical solutions and support on complex repairs and maintenance issues related to damp, mould and condensation (DMC) across customers’ homes.
This role is initially for a minimum of 3 months, possible longer, working a minimum of 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
The rate is pay of £22.21 per hour.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the progress of DMC and disrepair cases is appropriately managed, including accurately diagnosing issues, specifying orders, and monitoring remedial works through to completion, while considering all necessary repairs.
