• Operational Resilience Manager
• Start asap - 12-month parental leave contract
• Hybrid role, from Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney
• APAC role, encompassing Health Insurance, Health Care, Aged Care and Blua (Digital Health)

• Work closely with the Senior Risk Manager to implement and oversee the Group Operational Resilience Framework, including policies, standards, and CPS 230 across the APAC Market Unit. This includes key pillars such as technology, third parties, and data.
• Provide line 2 oversight and challenge on business continuity, IT disaster recovery, third-party risk, and emerging technology risks, ensuring alignment with risk appetite and policy requirements.
• Provide expert guidance and training on operational resilience frameworks to build awareness and capability across the business.
• Champion a strong risk and governance culture aligned with Bupa’s values, setting the tone through leadership and example.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business and functional leaders to enable effective two-way communication on risk, governance, and compliance matters.
• Drive the use of risk systems and data analytics to support risk management, incident response, and operational resilience activities.
• Assist in the delivery of reporting to internal and external stakeholders, including the Board, Committees, Market Unit, and Corporate Centre.
