WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

Lead the governance, oversight, education and engagement activities across the Operational Resilience capability model. This role acts as a key liaison to ensure clear and transparent communication to and from the Operational Resilience team to the UK business and Group Op Res Team.

• Collaborate with Group and 2nd Line teams to establish and maintain the UK Operational Resilience policy and framework
• Oversee the development and maintenance of templates and methodology collateral standards
• Facilitate the UK Operational Resilience Forum
• Own UK measurement and reporting
• Monitor changes impacting BOI UK’s resilience
• Retain controls, assurance, open risks, and issues on RADAR
• Participate in industry thought leadership groups
• Liaise with regulators
• Lead training and upskilling initiatives for immediate team
• Arrange education and awareness sessions for BOI UK
• Review and finalise internal updates and Ops Res comms, including SharePoint
