Job Description Our Work Deloitte's Resilience services cover the end-to-end resilience lifecycle, supporting clients in identifying, assessing, preventing, preparing for, responding to, and recovering from disruptions, threats and crises. We work closely with our clients to develop an in-depth understanding of their business and technology to leverage their strengths, while identifying and mitigating potential gaps in their current state. We offer a comprehensive range of resilience services to our clients: Current state analysis and gap assessments Building integrated resilience management systems, Designing policies, guidelines, and plans, Creating and delivery of training and exercises Planning and executing crisis simulations, setting up war rooms, and facilitating boardroom dilemma discussions when preparing for disruption. Advice on communication and remediation strategies for clients who need to respond to a disruption, Mobilisation of teams, globally, with vast experience in respond and recovery procedures At each stage of the resilience lifecycle, we take the time to understand our clients' unique circumstances, so we can provide bespoke solutions that truly enhance their resilience. About the team The Resilience community is part of our Cyber and Resilience offering which is part of Deloitte Technology & Transformation consisting of a pool of dedicated consultants. We have expertise within: Operational Resilience (including Minimal Viable Business, Technology and Third-Party Resilience), Business Continuity Crisis Management, Incident Management IT Disaster Recovery Physical Security Regulatory Compliance with DORA, NIS2 and Critical Entities Resilience Directive We work closely with other disciplines within Deloitte to design and deliver on small and large-scale resilience projects across all industries. As trusted advisors on resilience matters, we provide advisory services to help organizations prevent, detect, and respond to crises and potential disruptions in a positive and measured way. In addition, you have: Valid EU work permit Demonstrate a flair for both oral and written communication and are fluent in English Relevant Master degree 6+ years of relevant work experience (including experience from a consulting firm) Ability to develop and execute on business strategy and drive revenue growth Clear understanding of business processes and technology dependencies Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members Business development skills, with a proven track record of developing and maintaining client relationships Knowledge of management consulting principles, including strategy development, operational improvement, risk management, and experience leading their application in complex, high-stakes situations.
