Job Description
JOB TITLE: Operational Resilience, Operating Model & Capability – Senior Manager

Responsibilities
  • Define the resilience Operating Model and enterprise-wide guidance, and drive coordination between key role holders supporting the Operational Resilience lifecycle
  • Work with Senior Leaders and Stakeholders to foster a Resilience culture, defining and advancing the Group’s Resilience capabilities
  • Lead the design, management, and execution of the Group’s Operational Resilience education and awareness strategy, to enable a resilient first culture across LBG, in addition to supporting meet PRA and FCA regulatory expectations
  • Work with customers and stakeholders to ensure the Operating Model aligns to the Group’s organisational shifts.
  • Stay informed on current and emerging Operational Resilience regulation.
  • Lead colleagues and create a high-performing team, enabling them and the Group to have more of our best days, every day
