Operational Risk Manager

An International Corporate Bank is hiring an experienced Operational Risk professional to lead its operational risk function.

The Role

As an Operational Risk Manager, you will own the day-to-day running of the operational risk function, embedding and maintaining the recently developed operational risk framework across the business, working closely with senior leadership and business areas to identify, assess and manage operational risk on a business-as-usual basis.

Requirements

• Experience running or leading an operational risk function within a banking environment
• Knowledge of trade finance products and associated operational risks
• Experience embedding and maintaining operational risk frameworks, including risk and control self-assessments, incident management and reporting
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently at C-suite and senior leadership level
• Experience producing risk MI and reporting for governance and senior management forums
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
