The Role We are seeking a dynamic Operations Specialist to join our fast-growing team and help promote our data-for-justice revolution. Responsibilities What Will You Be Doing? Collaborate closely with the People Team to ensure an exceptional employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. This is an on-site role to ensure the best support for the team. Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including facility management and maintenance Manage office supplies inventory and procurement Coordinate internal events and manage office budget, expenses, and vendor relationships Assist with external vendors for events, and coordinate travel Assist with the calendar’s invitations for the US team Manage external vendors for daily operations Executive Admin Assistance: Creating presentations/documents, managing calendars, meetings, and travel for senior leaders Requirements 1+ years of experience in Office Management positions/ admin role Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and prioritize effectively People-oriented with a positive attitude Strong sense of ownership and resourcefulness Team player who can also work independently in a fast-paced startup environment Willing to work from the office 5 days a week, 9:00-6:00
