THE ROLE

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Operational Specialist to join our APAC Operational Team, supporting projects across Taiwan, Japan, and Korea. You’ll play a key role in coordinating logistics, accommodation, travel, and supply chain activities, while also supporting visa and work permit processes. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you’ll help implement efficient procedures, manage local facilities and warehouses, and ensure seamless communication with stakeholders including technical, engineering, resourcing, and project management teams.
This role involves financial oversight on a project-specific basis, ensuring targets and margins are met. You’ll engage with a wide range of clients and partners from turbine OEMs and windfarm operators to EPCIs and component suppliers, helping to drive operational excellence in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Strong collaboration across departments and adherence to QHSE and company policies are essential.
This role will be based in our Taipei office and will require travel across APAC.

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Champion a Zero Harm safety culture, leading by example and working closely with site teams to ensure safety is embedded in every aspect of project execution.
  • Drive high-quality project delivery, consistently meeting or exceeding industry standards and client expectations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client requirements across the APAC region, including Safety from the System (SFTS), SAP support, cable fault response, testing & termination (T&T), and Balance of Plant (BoP) operations and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with JFR Management to identify strategic opportunities and engage with key stakeholders to support business growth.
  • Enhance project performance metrics by maintaining budget discipline and continuously improving quality standards.
  • Oversee all aspects of project administration and logistics, supporting both local and expatriate teams to ensure seamless execution of daily operations and project milestones.
