• You analyze, question, and optimize fundamental processes within your team and develop practical improvements from them.
• You manage requirements at the team level and work closely with business analysts, process management, and our product teams.
• You provide professional support to team leaders on strategic topics and actively participate in OKRs and internal team projects.
• You ensure transparent knowledge management and train employees on new processes, improvements and specialist topics.
• You will contribute to special tasks as needed, e.g. as a mentor, key user, interface officer or in team organization.
