Your Responsibilities

Support and coordinate the daily operations of our warehouse
Ensure smooth and efficient inbound, outbound and sorting processes
Coordinate and monitor daily warehouse activities, especially during peak periods
Support workforce planning, shift planning and task allocation
Monitor operational KPIs such as productivity, throughput and processing performance
Identify operational issues and coordinate appropriate solutions
Support the Warehouse/Operations Manager in managing daily warehouse operations
Ensure compliance with company processes, safety requirements and warehouse standards
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations
Maintain operational data, reports and documentation
Support continuous improvement of warehouse processes and workflows
Take a hands-on approach and support the team directly when required
Be flexible to work shifts, including night shifts, depending on operational requirements

What You Bring

Degree, vocational qualification or relevant professional experience in logistics, warehouse management, supply chain, operations or a comparable field
Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations
Experience in coordinating warehouse teams or daily operational activities is an advantage
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Proactive, hands-on and reliable working style
Ability to work effectively under pressure, especially during peak periods
Good communication and coordination skills
Fluent English and German; Mandarin skills are an advantage
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Willingness to work night shifts and flexible working hours
A valid driving licence and own car are an advantage due to the location and shift schedule
