Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF JOB

Supporting the Northern Operations Team in a variety of administration-based tasks in our Middlesbrough depot. Providing a clear and consistent approach to all activities ensuring that data is checked and presented accurately and in line with relevant SLA guidelines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain the Operational Planner alongside Depot Leadership
  • Support National Service Centre with Service Call out and issuing of labour resources
  • Gather and issue monthly / YTD performance indicators
  • Daily maintenance of stock data for Northern region along with repair status
  • Tracking labour hours in all systems to support cross function
  • Project resources for Modifications – support collation and work in progress parts ordering
  • Health & Safety – support with data input to IMS system
  • Communication - Picking up calls / emails, filter all enquiries and respond within internal SLA guidelines
  • Gate logs and communication
  • Attend daily briefings and take notes as required
  • Damage Revenue – Support as required the checking in/out process of units / containers
  • Maintain / Organisation the office data and environment
  • Adhere to current health and safety legislation and carry-out any necessary health and safety training.
  • Carry-out any necessary training, completing this to the best of your ability and applying this learning to your daily work.
  • Raise promptly health and safety concerns as and when they occur with Management / reporting process.
  • Adopt a customer-focused mindset, reflecting our customer centric ‘Cleveland Can’ value.
