We have an opportunity for an experienced Operations Support Centre Officer to join our small 24/7 Call Centre team in Walkley Heights, SA. You will be required to liaise with the community, receiving and following through on customer/community concerns to resolution with a professional, can-do approach. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for urgent works and customer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Coordinate with field crews and the Traffic Management Centre to deliver efficient maintenance solutions. Maintain databases, track progress, and complete administration tasks with precision. Promote safety and professionalism in all interactions while supporting Zero Harm initiatives. Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery. What you’ll bring Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service, preferably in a call centre environment (including nights/weekends). Flexible attitude with ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays. Strong communication skills and a proactive, customer-focused approach. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure setting with accuracy and attention to detail. Proficient computer literacy and experience with MS Office and database systems.
