WHERE WILL YOU BE WORKING?

Your main base will be in Bath, but we’re looking for someone who’s flexible and mobile ready to support our other locations when needed, including the Contact Centre. Being adaptable and comfortable working across different sites is key.
There will be occasions where you will work outside of normal working hours which include Saturdays and evenings.

We’re looking for a full time Team Leader who’s all about people. You’ll lead a dedicated team delivering essential services that directly impact our community. Whether it’s helping a resident get the support they need or guiding a colleague through a challenge, your focus will be on creating positive outcomes for everyone.

  • Planning and coordinating work so everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Being the go-to person for advice, problem-solving, and encouragement.
  • Helping new team members settle in and grow in confidence.
  • Keeping an eye on budgets and making sure resources are used wisely.
  • Spotting ways to improve how we work and make things better for customers and staff.
  • Representing your team in meetings and building great working relationships.
  • Working with partners to improve outcomes for residents.
  • Working collaboratively with other teams to deliver a truly joined up service across all our locations.
