The Operational Team Supervisor will lead one of Haygrove’s mobile operational teams, overseeing tasks such as hoop bending, gutter rolling, tunnel construction, and customer training. This role involves representing the company professionally to clients in the UK and internationally. The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in delivering our tunnel systems and managing a small team of operational technicians in dynamic and high-pressure environments.
