Position Key Responsibilities

• Architecture Design: Develop and maintain the architecture for OT solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with industry standards.
• Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration between OT and IT systems, including ERP, MES, Data Historian and SCADA systems.
• Solution Development: Lead the design and implementation of innovative OT solutions that enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and quality assurance, to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Continuous Improvement: Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions that drive operational excellence.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to operational teams on new technologies and processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery of IT/OT initiatives.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure all IT/OT solutions comply with relevant regulations and cybersecurity standards
