Operational Training Complex Analyst The Opportunity: As a defense mission professional, you ask questions others don’t. You understand the nuances of complex situations. As the Operational Training Complex (OTC) Analyst, you will play a central role in analyzing, planning, and optimizing the aviation training systems, facilities, and supporting infrastructure by leveraging expertise in aviation training and operational readiness to ensure alignment with aviation readiness objectives and evolving operational requirements. In order to provide technical and advisory support to engineers on all facility issues impacting current or future mission execution, you will look beyond individual systems and understand how training infrastructure, facilities, and operational planning come together to support mission success, applying analytical expertise and operational insights to help shape and sustain U.S. Marine Corps and Navy Aviation Training Systems. Across planning, execution, and assessment phases, you will inform leadership decisions and directly influence training outcomes, resulting in high-visibility deliverables, analytical reports, decision briefs, facilities assessments, scheduling products, and presentations provided to senior leaders and mission partners. What You’ll Work On: Prepare clear analysis and presentations for senior-leader decision-making while coordinating with engineers, facilities personnel, operational staff, and OTC stakeholders to keep requirements aligned. Provide technical assistance on facility operations, planning, integration, contingencies, strategic planning, and modernization efforts. Identify gaps and resource constraints and develop data-driven recommendations to improve operational effectiveness. Deliver technical support for Live, Virtual, Constructive (LVC) integration, Joint Simulation Environment (JSE) activities, Link-16 Inject-to-Live (LITL) operations, and Live Mission Operations Center (LMOC) functions supporting training execution. Review Military Construction (MILCON) documentation for accuracy, consistency, and mission impact. Join us. The world can’t wait. You Have: Experience with Marine Corps Aviation Training Systems (ATS) and MATSS operations Experience analyzing training system readiness, facility capabilities, and operational constraints Experience supporting facilities planning, sustainment, or infrastructure analysis such as MILCON, FSRM, or facility assessments Knowledge of the Tactical Combat Training System (TCTS) and live-virtual-constructive (LVC) training environments Knowledge of budgeting, cost analysis, or resource allocation for training or operational programs Ability to analyze and recommend improvements to training systems, operational logistics, and facility management Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to support scheduling, training execution, and operational priorities Secret clearance HS diploma or GED and 10+ years of experience in aviation training systems analysis or operations, or Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in aviation training systems analysis or operations Nice If You Have: Experience supporting aviation training or operational readiness within the INDOPACOM AOR Experience supporting TCTS integration or training data management initiatives Experience supporting joint or multinational training environments Experience operating in a bilateral host-nation environment Knowledge of Marine Corps or Navy Air Wing operations and training constructs Knowledge of facilities management systems and work order processes TS/SCI clearance Master’s degree Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
