Out of our local depot, Toyota Logistics Services Austria, based in Bruck an der Leitha, we are serving not only towards all Toyota and Lexus dealers of Austria, but also towards Romania, Hungary and Adria .In order to strengthen our team in Austria, we are looking for a committed and motivated Specialist for Customer Support and Traffic & Customs. Your team and your responsibilities Organisation, control and monitoring of all logistics processes in order to guarantee supply of dealers with parts and accessories at the right time, in the right quantity and in the right quality in line with requirements and taking into account the TPS concept with highest possible safety level. Allow the dealer to provide a seamless service to our customer. Main KPIs Safety KPI‘s (Accident rate, incident reporting, safety patrols, …) Quality KPI’s (Warehouse denials, non-shipped lines, shortages, miss-picks, damages, …) Operational KPI’s (Supply service rate, warehouse efficiency, …) Compliance: ISO14001, SOX, local legislation, … Motivation KPI’s (Attendance, employee survey score, …) Your responsibilities Operations Management Deliver best in class operations by using Toyota Way tools Control and monitor all incoming / outgoing goods / transfers / transfers according to standardized procedures and defined priorities Create smooth operations through in & outbound flow control & planning (Heijunka) Visualise processes, Yamazumi, M&I flow, Standard Operation Procedures Health & Safety Create and foster safety culture: Safety always first, zero tolerance related to safety, lead by example and ensure Stop-Call-Wait culture Create a zero-risk operations environment through proactive risk management Health & Safety assessments: Daily safety patrols, regular risk related discussion with staff , accident & incident reporting Analyse safety issues, uncover root-causes and define countermeasures to avoid re-occurrence Quality Deliver ‘best in class’ quality to dealers Analyse quality issues, uncover root-causes and implement countermeasures to improve quality Encourage, follow up & guidance of depot kaizen activities HRD & People Management Daily HR Management according to Toyota Way Set up & monitor local versatility/skill matrix & create development plans Identify development needs of warehouse associates Organise/facilitate training plan for warehouse Cost Management Maintenance of reporting system Daily/monthly follow up Plan and implement cost reduction activities Equipment & fleet management Your Profile Education University degree or equivalent Business education or study Experience: 5 years’ experience in logistics and/or shop floor management preferably automotive sector experience Technical Knowledge: Understanding of operational processes and flows Fluent in German and English Knowledge of MS Office Other skills: Experience in total responsibility for delivery of daily result in a shop floor environment. Proven track record of people management Good understanding of Supply Chain Management and implementation of Lean / T.P.S. principles in shop floor operations Excellent analytical skills Knowledge of automotive industries and market You have a Toyota DNA?
