OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB:

• Lead the facility team to maintain, repair facilities’ machinery and/or equipment.
• Maintain buildings, technical systems, CMMS system, and install utilities and equipment..

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 6-8 Years of Related Work Experience.
• Microsoft Office.
• On Call Regularly.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills.
• Must be Goal Orientated and Show Initiative.
• Heights up to 50 feet.
• Industrial Plumbing.
• Lifting no-more than 100 pounds.
