What You’ll Do:

We’re looking for an Operations Accountant IV to join our Principal Custody Solutions (PCS) team! This role is client facing facilitating onboarding of new business, bringing records up to our standards setting the clients up for success! In this role you’ll accurately balance and correct financial transactions in customer accounts as needed and maintain appropriate supporting documentation. At this level you’ll be responsible for more complex problems and act as a subject matter expert on some topics.

  • Use in-depth knowledge and experience to independently perform review of customer trust accounting using accounting analysis techniques.
  • Build relationships and communicate with internal and external personnel including senior staff, administration, outside vendors and/or industry contacts.
  • Lead or actively participate in large and/or advanced projects, new initiatives, process reviews and system enhancements. Serve as a mentor, technical trainer, and resource to junior or less tenured team members.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience required
  • 4+ years relevant accounting experience
  • Solid analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, time management, planning, decision making, and communication skills required
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic proficiency with key MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, Teams) and/or system skills required
  • Success in this position requires a strong client service orientation, the ability to work under pressure in a deadline driven, team-based environment and the ability to produce accurate and timely results
  • Must be able to handle multiple, increasingly complex tasks, by prioritizing effectively and being flexible as business needs change
  • Must have the ability to take initiative, be a self-starter and work independently
  • Communication with customer staff and outside auditors as required

SKILLS THAT WILL HELP YOU STAND OUT

  • Knowledge of SEI Trust3000 and FIS InvestOne reporting systems.
  • Experience in custody operations or related field preferred
    Salary Range Information: Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range: $82500 - $111100 / year Time Off Program: Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided. Pension Eligible: Yes Additional Information:
