OPERATION ACCOUNTANT (PART-TIME)

Location: Fremantle, WA
Hours: 16–24 hours per week (flexible, depending on activity)
Salary: $70,000 to $90,000 + Super per annum (pro rata)

We are a dynamic event company based in Fremantle, WA, specializing in creating memorable experiences for our clients. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced in-house accountant to join our team. This part-time role offers flexibility, with the option to work from home one day per fortnight.

• Oversee and manage operational accounting functions.
• Perform pay runs and ensure timely payments to staff.
• Handle ATO obligations, including BAS, PAYG, and other compliance requirements.
• Manage superannuation contributions and ensure adherence to relevant legislation.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Report budgets on a monthly basis, providing insights to support business decisions.
• Provide accurate financial reporting and analysis.
• Utilize accounting software, including Xero, Stripe, and Square, for financial management and transaction processing.
• Assist with other ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks as required.
