Position: Operations & Accounting Coordinator – Real Estate Brokerage
Location: Toronto, Onsite (Little Italy)
Salary: Up to $65,000 per year
Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Solid accounting/bookkeeping background with exceptional attention to detail
  • Real estate experience is an asset; candidates from law firms or similar environments considered

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Our client, a busy real estate brokerage, is seeking a detail-oriented, organized professional to join their team as an Operations & Accounting Coordinator.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both accounting/bookkeeping and operations/administrative coordination. While experience in real estate is preferred, candidates from law firms or other professional services with relevant crossover experience are welcome. The ideal candidate will have the technical skills to manage accounts and the personality to keep operations running smoothly and deadlines on track.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee trust accounts, bank accounts, corporate and personal LOCs, and property accounts
  • Support cash flow management, payables, and receivables
  • Liaise with bookkeepers, accountants, agents, and other brokerages as needed
  • Provide operational and administrative support to ensure office processes run efficiently
  • Help leadership stay organized, prioritize tasks, and push initiatives forward
