Job Title: Operations Assistant
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 3,500 (starting role)
Role Overview
The Operations Assistant will support the daily operations of the company by coordinating schedules, preparing teams with inventory and tools, handling operational administration, and ensuring smooth communication with clients. This role works closely with the Operations Manager and Customer Support team to maintain high service standards and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily Planning & Scheduling
  • Assist in preparing and distributing daily schedules to the teams.
  • Ensure teams are equipped with the correct tools, equipment, and inventory before dispatch.
  • Inventory & Logistics
  • Track stock usage and replenish supplies as required.
  • Coordinate with drivers and housekeeping teams for timely deliveries and pickups.
  • Client Communication
  • Share operational updates and service confirmations with clients.
  • Support Customer Support in addressing client inquiries or rescheduling requests.
  • Administrative Support
  • Maintain operational records, checklists, and reports.
  • Update the operations manager with daily progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Team Support
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Provide hands-on support to field teams when needed.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools.
  • Previous experience in operations, logistics, or administrative support preferred.
