OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Handling customer orders, ensuring accurate details and timely fulfillment.
  • Production Support: Assisting with production scheduling, monitoring progress, and identifying potential problems.
  • Quality Control: Supporting the quality control process, ensuring products meet standards.
  • Documentation: Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to orders, and production.
  • Communication: Acting as a point of contact for both staff & customers

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and customers.

  • Manufacturing Knowledge: Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
