Description

The Operations & Admin Coordinator will oversee day-to-day admin tasks, manage client scheduling and communication, support cleaners, and actively contribute to business development efforts (e.g., bringing in new clients or referrals).

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience in admin, customer service, or operations (cleaning/home services industry a plus)
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets.
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently
  • Sales or client outreach experience is a big plus
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per mont

Responsibilities
  • Handle scheduling and coordination between clients and cleaning staff
  • Respond to customer inquiries (phone, email, text) in a timely and professional manner
  • Support hiring and onboarding of new cleaners
  • Maintain accurate records of jobs, payments, and cleaner assignments
  • Assist with social media, online listings, and customer reviews
