Our Brisbane office is currently seeking an all-rounder to join the Operations Team. This will be a dynamic, active and varied position dealing with both clients and people at all levels within the firm.

The role will involve responsibilities in:

• Reception cover
• Administrative support to team
• Library support
• Mail - sorting and distributing incoming & outgoing mail and internal mail rounds
• Ordering stationery and staff kitchen supplies
• Photocopying, scanning and other tasks, such as binding and collating documents
• Outside clerk rounds
• Building management liaison - including maintenance requests and general facilities management tasks
• Organising couriers
• Meeting room & event set up
• Assisting the information technology support team with IT hardware set up and maintenance
