Responsibilities:
Our Adelaide office is currently seeking an all-rounder to join the Operations Team. This will be a dynamic, active and varied position dealing with both clients and people at all levels within the firm.
The role will involve responsibilities in:
- Provide administrative support, assisting with daily tasks and special projects.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including internal mail distribution.
- Stocktake, ordering and replenishment of stationery, staff kitchen supplies and other office sundries.
- Coordinating couriers.
- Photocopying, scanning, binding, and document collation as required.
- Outside clerk rounds assisting with external errands.
- Acting as a liaison for building management, including maintenance requests and general facilities management.
- Coordinating meeting rooms and assisting with setting up events, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.
- Providing reception cover, ensuring a professional front-of-house presence.
- Supporting the Technology team with hardware set-up, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks.
