The Operations Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the COO by managing multiple projects, coordinating daily tasks, and adapting to shifting priorities. Responsibilities may range from office administration and project coordination to running errands and assisting in kitchen operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and environments
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (calendar, email, documents)
  • Familiarity with project management tools (experience with Monday.com a plus)
  • Comfortable working in both office and kitchen settings
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Dependable, proactive, and flexible approach to work
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience supporting executive-level leadership preferred
  • Background in food service or culinary environments a plus
