POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Admin to join our dynamic warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently pulling orders, responding to customer and internal emails, and assisting with various other warehouse duties as assigned, including offloading shipments. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in using email and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) as required.
Responsibilities

GENERAL WAREHOUSE DUTIES:

  • Assist with offloading incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of received goods.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, as needed.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
