Responsibilities

· Email monitoring, responding, and communication management.
· Use of CPU, Sage and Microsoft Office.
· Maintenance of stock levels and orders.
· Maintenance of physical and digital paperwork.
· Scheduling and maintenance of the remedial department.
· Processing card payments, invoices, banking and petty cash.
· Handling Facebook page messages and social media updates.
· This is a customer facing role, involving direct interaction with customers face to face, over the telephone, via email, and through social media.
