Description The Operations Administrative Support role is primarily responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation for will calls and drivers at our distribution center. Hours : Mon-Fri. 9am - 5:30pm. 30 min lunch. Starting Wage : $19.00/hr Requirements Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Assist drivers by fixing orders in our operating system Process credits for items returned by customer Work with warehouse to ensure correct items have been returned to stock Greet and assist customers with will calls Carries out administrative duties such as e-filing, typing, copying, scanning etc. Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication. Provides information by answering questions and requests related to building maintenance. Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies. Distributes mail, e-mail and ensures monthly statements are mailed out. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Skills, Education, Knowledge: Demonstrated customer service experience Strong organizational skills Proficient in Excel! Teamwork Excellent data entry skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal and external customers Problem solving skills Attention to detail Work Environment: Generally indoor work environment with variable conditions. Physical Demands: Occasionally stand, stoop, bend, and kneel. Ability to sit for long periods of time.
