Responsibilities

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:

Support and assist with the facilitation of day-to-day operations and fulfilment of cleaning services.

MAIN TASKS OF JOB:

  • Booking and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Booking, coordinating and tracking external training
  • Processing Operative and Subcontractor timesheets and invoices
  • Administrative HR tasks
  • Processing new starter information for project workers and sub-contractors
  • Collating and processing project information
  • Provide direct support to the Operations Manager
  • Answering phone calls and emails, acknowledging internal and external project related queries.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
  • Stock Control
  • Fleet tracking, License checks
  • Booking and co-ordinating fleet changes and maintenance
  • Equipment hire/off hire and tracking
  • Uniform - Record of Issue
  • Holiday Tracking
