Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

As the Operations Administrator, you’ll be an essential part of the warehouse team, ensuring day-to-day administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently. This hands-on role will see you managing payroll, purchase orders, stock adjustments, supplier account setup, and coordinating repairs and travel. You’ll also support compliance requirements, staff inductions, and reporting — helping keep the entire operation aligned and on track.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Managing payroll, timesheets, and staff travel bookings
  • Processing invoices, purchase orders, and new supplier setups
  • Coordinating RF scanner, printer, and equipment repairs
