Responsibility Generate and consolidate system reports by reviewing sales contracts and technical installation appointments for accuracy and completeness; Perform data validation across internal systems to ensure alignment with operational and sales SOPs; Handle inbound and outbound client calls to coordinate and schedule technical installation appointments. Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Minimum 2 years’ experience in operation admin, administrator, cooperate admin or related field; A team player and also able to work independently; Prior experience in B2B client-facing roles, with strong communication and professional phone etiquette; Proficient in business processes and computer applications, including Microsoft Excel; A fast learner with a technically inclined mindset; experience with fleet management systems is a strong advantage; Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced operational environment.
