About the position: We are currently seeking a motivated and adaptable solutions-focused Operations Administrator to join our Gillman team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being an all-rounder, combining strong administrative capabilities with frontline customer service in a fast-paced operations environment. This role is heavily operations administration focused, while also playing a key part in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the broader operations team. You will be a central point of contact, helping to keep day-to-day activities running smoothly while ensuring a high level of service to both internal and external stakeholders. In this position, you will: Assist in coordinating and communicating with drivers, dispatchers, and team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations Act as an all-round operations support, assisting across multiple functions as needed Contribute to continuous improvements in processes and operational efficiency Identify and resolve issues using a proactive and solutions-focused approach Provide frontline operational support, managing enquiries from both internal and external stakeholders via phone, face-to-face, or email Deliver a high level of service to customers, drivers, and internal teams, ensuring a positive experience at every interaction Support the operations team with administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records and documentation Identify and resolve issues using a proactive and solutions-focused approach Support coordination and communication to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery This is a hands-on role with a strong operations administration focus, where no two days will be the same. This role will suit someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work, and is comfortable balancing admin responsibilities with customer interaction. This position is permanent full-time, Monday to Friday working 38 hours each week.
