Operational & System Support Execute operational workflows, including running predefined system scripts and processes Generate reports and prepare operational data for internal use Send fulfilment files and coordinate with external vendors Membership Management Process new membership enrollments accurately and efficiently Manage the full membership lifecycle, including renewals and reinstatement, upgrades and downgrades, as well as cancellations and refunds Handle visit reallocations and membership amendments Financial & Payment Support Assist the Finance team with payment tracking and collection follow-ups Ensure accurate processing of refunds and payment-related transactions Data Management & Administration Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership records Perform high-volume data entry with strong attention to detail Handle ad hoc administrative and operational requests as needed You might fit for the role if you have...… Diploma or above in business administration or related discipline Minimum 1-2 years of working experience preferably in operations Proactive, detail‑oriented, with strong problem‑solving skills and attention to data accuracy Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment Good computer literacy with the ability to support daily operational scripts and system procedures Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) About us: Our story Collinson Group is a global leader in driving loyalty and engagement for many of the world’s largest companies.
