Job Description Your Contribution Reporting to the Administration Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to all Marlborough and Hawkes Bay operations teams. Some of your responsibilities will include Provide office support to Marlborough and Hawkes Bay operations. Including but not limited to: Reception duties, office management, filing, business systems work. Travel arrangements. You’ll be involved with arranging travel, ordering office supplies, catering, PPE. Provide administration support to Operations Leadership. Support the business in organizing and coordination of wine show submissions, hospitality, and celebration events. Identify ways to streamline and simplify any administrative processes. Flexibility in working hours to support visitors, events, and harvest.
